Cristina Del Sol is a Canadian Mixed Media and Experimental Visual Artist, doing mainly Abstract and Non-Objective works.

For the past 16 years, she has undertaken intensive study in the USA and Canada, focusing in a variety of Experimental-Intuitive Painting methods.

She has been exhibiting her work in galleries, private showings as well as solo and juried art shows.

Del Sol was born in Argentina, where she received formal art training. She has degrees in teaching, Art History and Psychology, as well as a B.F.A.( National Art Institute, Buenos Aires)

A lifelong student of art, attended several art institutions in Canada while painting and teaching art privately.

She developed a love for Botanical Watercolours, but after a few years her paintings did not provide personal satisfaction, she could not express her passion, something was missing...until she discovered Experimental-Intuitive Painting, never to look back.Her personal approach to spontaneous-intuitive painting is based on the connection between the creative process and meditation.

Her workshops "Unleash Your Creativity"  are a fun way to meditate: a deep spiritual and healing painting process.

She is currently working as a full time visual artist and teaching private painting workshops.
